I was looking for a new pair of chelsea boots, saw an ad on IG, sent a dm regarding the sizing (quickest reply ever), still had doubts and they sent me an email regarding more info (customer service is fire), they just got delivered a few days later, haven't worn them but they look and feel AWESOME.
